But proper sleep can greatly affect the daily productivity of a person. This is especially true to those athletes that make a living out of their passion for sports. Studies have shown there is increase in their performance when exercise and right diet is combined with enough sleep.
Sleep is needed to help the body recover from the daily use of the brain and other systems of the body. Just like anything in this world, there is time to do and a time to rest. A person can do so much in a day that sleep will allow the body to be energized to keep up with
